• Foil Stamping Material: Imported metallic foil (gold foil, silver foil, red gold foil, bronze foil and customizable color foil), featuring high adhesion, strong metallic texture and oxidation resistance.

• Auxiliary Material: Environmentally friendly pressure-sensitive adhesive, which is non-toxic, odorless, safe and harmless to cigars. The adhesive layer is uniform with moderate viscosity, leaving no residual glue after tearing and no damage to cigar packaging.

5. Usage Instructions

1. Surface Cleaning: Before pasting, ensure the surface of the cigar body is clean, dry, free of dust, oil stains and water stains, so as to avoid affecting the adhesion effect.

2. Positioning Pasting: Tear off the bottom release paper of the cigar band, align the band with the preset position of the cigar body, wrap it evenly around the cigar, and press it gently from the middle to both sides to ensure full fitting without wrinkles and bubbles.

3. Shaping and Fixing: After pasting, press for 3-5 seconds to make the adhesive layer fully adhere to the cigar surface. Avoid pulling or rubbing the band within 10 minutes to prevent displacement or warping.

4. Storage after Pasting: Place the pasted cigars in a professional constant temperature and humidity cigar cabinet for storage, avoiding direct sunlight, high temperature and humid environments for a long time.

6. Storage Conditions

• Unused Products Storage: Store in a cool, dry, ventilated and dust-free environment, with storage temperature 15-25℃ and humidity 40%-60%. Avoid direct sunlight, high temperature extrusion and corrosive gas contact. The shelf life of unused products is 24 months under sealed and standard storage conditions.

• Finished Cigars Storage: After pasting the cigar band, store cigars in a standard cigar humidor. Avoid low temperature drying or high temperature and high humidity mildew, to ensure the service life of the cigar band and the storage quality of cigars.

7. Precautions

• Do not paste the cigar band on wet, oily or uneven cigar surfaces, so as to prevent poor adhesion, warping and falling off.

• Avoid sharp objects scratching the foil stamping surface, which may cause damage to the metallic pattern and affect the appearance.

• Do not expose the product to high temperature environments above 40℃ for a long time, so as to prevent the adhesive layer from melting and the foil stamping layer from falling off.

• This product is a disposable packaging accessory. Repeated tearing and pasting will reduce the viscosity and damage the foil stamping effect, which is not recommended.

• Keep away from fire and flammable materials during storage and use to ensure safety.
