1. Product Overview

Cigar ring label, also known as cigar band or cigar wrapper label, is a professional decorative and identification accessory specially designed for cigar packaging. 4. Usage Instructions

Pre-treatment: Keep the surface of the cigar body clean, dry and free of dust, oil stains and water stains to ensure better adhesion of the ring label.

2.

Positioning & Wrapping: Tear off the base paper of the cigar ring label, align the label with the preset position of the cigar shaft, and wrap it evenly around the cigar body.

3.

Press & Fit: Gently press the joint of the label with your fingers to make the label fit tightly with the cigar body, eliminate bubbles and wrinkles, and ensure firm bonding.

4.

Finishing: After pasting, place the cigar flat and let it stand for 5–10 minutes to stabilize the adhesion effect before subsequent packaging and storage.

5. Storage Conditions

•

Store the unused cigar ring labels in a cool, dry, clean and ventilated environment, avoid direct sunlight, high temperature and humid environment.

•

The optimal storage temperature: 15℃–28℃; optimal humidity: 40%–60%RH.

•

Avoid long-term extrusion, bending and friction of the labels to prevent pattern damage, material deformation and adhesive failure.

•

Seal and store the remaining labels after use to prevent dust contamination and moisture absorption.

•

Shelf life: 24 months under standard storage conditions.

6. Precautions

•

Do not paste the ring label in high temperature and high humidity environment, so as to avoid poor adhesion, foaming or falling off.

•

Avoid contacting the label surface with sharp objects to prevent scratching the printed pattern and affecting the appearance.

•

Do not expose the labels to corrosive gas, liquid and chemical solvents to prevent material deterioration and color fading.

•

Customized products are manually inspected in batches, and slight individual differences in color and size within the industry standard range are normal and not regarded as product quality problems.

•

Keep out of reach of children to prevent accidental ingestion and scratching.
